I mean, this wasn't cheap! But, you get what you pay for. This is like the Cadillac of kitchen faucets. I enjoy washing things with it that are already clean, just for the experience. The "throttle" button (not sure what it's called) was a pleasant surprise that I didn't realize was included. You push the button and the pressure increases. The quality, detail, durability, and tolerances are impressive.

13 months in and the pressure button is stuck in the pressed position, leaving high water pressure as the default and only option...this seems to be a common issue, too. I tried to clean it, soak it in vinegar, etc. Nothing works.Update: I did contact Kohler and they are shipping a replacement spray head for the faucet for no charge. Easy process and fast response.

This is so easy to use! We added this to our new bathroom with more of a utility sink in order to bath the dog! So far I am pleased with our choice. Nice quality and well worth the money

This faucet works like a charm!! Came with a plate to cover a prior 3-hole installation, and everything works super smoothly. Love the easy magnetic attachment - it's what had me choose Kohler over other brands that had a ring to re-attach the sprayer. Winner all around.

We ordered the professional model faucet in black. It was hard to spend the money over less expensive competitor products, but we thought we’d end up with a higher quality faucet. Unfortunately, the finish started peeling on the handle after a few months, and now is half silver, half black. We’re pretty easy on stuff, didn’t use abrasive cleaning products, wear rings, etc. the finish just wasn’t made to last.
