Do they stay in are do they gonout after being on

Give you a little info. I mean I just think 4 of them for the price made it for me because they break or I lose one but they are not great on battery usage. But I charge 8 then have back ups so its ok. Not to bright but tiny so you can put them any where. I used little glue to attach velcro. They are light enough to stay put under my fast scooter. I have bigger ones with remote because I knew these would not be really bright but they are worth the purchase if you ask me

How are these charged, do you plug-in to laptop port to charge?

I used a usb cord plugged into the wall. Might work with a connected laptop, dont see why not.
