Tried to install these today, but they did not fit our refrigerator. I am past the return window so I bent a few with pliers to see if I could make them work. I can attest to their strength.. high quality supports will not fail during normal use.

A few of the shelf brackets were too short. I attempted to contact the seller to see if a few could be shipped or exchanged instead of sending all 16 back because most of them were fine. However it was difficult to find the sellers contact information and Amazon assisted me but they informed the seller did not supply an email address but the address in China and id have to translate to Chinese if I wanted to send them any correspondence. All I needed was a few appropriate sized brackets to replace the shorter ones that did not work.

These clips worked perfect for my commercial refrigerator.
