Truly Plug and Play, to make the lights work 100% as DRL/ Fog Lights, you must hook up to The ACC point located in the fuse box inside the cabin. Once you open the drivers door it's located right on the side of the dash. Remove the (no# 10 Red fuse) for the (ACC) place the red wire from lights inside slot of fuse holder, than replace fuse. NOTE: USE THE FUSE DIAGRAM LOCATED ON THE FUSE BOX COVER TO LOCATED THE ACC FUSE. follow these steps and the lights will work 100% correctley. Of course safety! Safety! Safety! first, Discount the Batt whenever dealing with a electrical power. the halo will come on once you turn the key to ACC, you don't have to start your Hummer H2 to test the lights. Once you place the gear shifter into drive the LED lights will completely come on. no mods needed. lights fit in original slots and work as OEM only better. worth every $$$. Don't worry about the mentioning of the yellow wire, i'm guessing that was and old design, it doesn't come with a yellow wire at least mines didn't and the lights work and look fanastic, Army Strong!!

I’ve got the same lights from the same seller a couple years ago and they were great. I re-ordered these lights and they came in with a different harness. Long story short they aren’t as good as they once were. The halo light never comes on by itself as advertised.

I have installed this item; in my 2005 Hummer H2. They are not a perfect fit, but can be tightened down enough to stop the lights from wobbling. The DRLs works great and are very bright. I did not like that the fog lights would come on with the headlights; I wanted more control. So, I cut off the inline fuse on the red wire, passed it through the firewall gasket, and instead of connecting it directly to the fuse box, I hooked it up to a two-prong rocker switch that I installed in the dash. Next, I wired the switch to the interior fuse box with a fuse tap. I used fuse location #1 which is a 15 Amp fuse to the rear window wiper. I reused the 5 Amp fuse and inserted into the top of the fuse tap. Viola, I now have full control of the fog lights. I can turn them on or off whenever I want as long as the ignition switch is on. To me, this is much better as now, in the future, I have the ability to add and run more fog lights. Because of the off feature of the installed switch, I can turn off the fog lights and run my head lights with the future set of lights. Note, to be legal, you can only run four forward facing lights at time. Hope this helps. This was a simple install. The only hard part is running the red wire through the firewall gasket.

Worked great on my 2004 Hummer H2. The DRL worked quickly. Haven’t run the extra wiring to utilize the fog light function yet as that isn’t standard on my year. But the lamps fit well and work well with my H2. Looks sharp too!
