I have used these for making a London Fog Tea Latte, and these flowers add a nice flavor to the Earl Grey tea. Unfortunately I don't have any other use for them.

I make iced tea with Butterfly Pea Flowers and add this lavender, its fresh beautiful, color is amazing and smells and tastes like lavender should. Will buy again. Also like the Anothonys brand
