I have started to use these containers for storing my "emergency supplies" and as a way to store anything I would need if I had to leave my house in a hurry. My town has been hit twice by tornadoes which left my area without power for almost a week. It was nice having all my most needed supplies and belongings stored in one container which allowed me to grab it and go within a short period of time.
