I purchased this product after witnessing a foot detox in a clinic I am doing my doctoral clinical rotations at. They use a different detox machine, however I decided to purchase this machine after doing extensive research and reading the comments others wrote. I also decided to purchase two additional cell components which only caused an alarm on our machine, so we ended up using the cells that came with this unit. Ideally, if you live in an area like I do - SE of Phoenix, AZ, your tap water might be WAAAY too salty for the machine to work properly. It says the Amps need to be under 2.5 and initially our A was reading 3.9 and 4. We do live near the "salt river" and can't grow avocados here naturally because of the natural salt content of the soil, so I assumed that was the issue. We have a whole house reverse osmosis system in our home so I mixed the tap water (which is only salt purified) with the RO water 70:30 and was able to get A to read at 1.5-1.9 so it seemed to work fine the rest of the time without needing to have any salt (or in our case, additional tap water) added. Overall I chose this product because my husband and I could detox at the same time. We used the belt and the wrist band. We put lotion on the wrist band between the metal and our skin and it worked well, just be sure to pull it all apart to clean or I could see this being a future issue. My husband thought the belt caused him to become too hot since our water was also quite warm, so he ended up taking it off mid-session. I used my belt for the entire time and thought it felt great. It didn't really cause me to sweat. I love this product. I took photos on my phone so I'll update this review with the photos once I can load them. My husband's water showed more of heart/blood detox and mine was gallbladder, based on the readings of the water color against the book they sent. Pretty cool. Lastly, I would encourage the manufacturer to include what happens when there is a piercing loud noise coming from the machine. There is no indication of what is happening when this noise is made. No mention in the booklet and when you do an internet search for the company, there is no website that I was able to find. Eventually I troubleshooted with Amazon technical help - who tried to also contact the company without success. They did email instructions in order to return the item if it was defective, however once I determined the A recorded the salt content, we switched the cells that we purchased separately with the cells that came with the unit. I assume the cells we purchased separately already had salt added since those were cells you don't add salt too. I believe it was this reason our A was reading so high and although it was still working, the piercing noise was just too much to deal with. We changed our water once and added the cells that came with the unit, then portioned the water to be 70/30, which seemed to work. Manufacturer: Please indicated troubleshooting for loud noise which indicates too much salt has been added, or even that the natural salt coming from the tap might be too salty and bottled or other water source would be required to dilute the tap water. Secondly, please also provide YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. This machine is expensive and the buyer deserves a way to contact you if they encounter a problem or have a question. Thank you!

Worked well until it didn't buy warranty

We've had this unit for less than one week and both my husband and I feel so much better! The unit is easy to setup and use and we're getting great results. The color chart that is included is very helpful . My detox is showing liver and yeast detoxification. My husband is showing urinary/bladder detox. It actually feels like someone has taken a brush and cleansed us from the inside out. We haven't felt this good in years!

This seems to work really well. I didn't have any trouble figuring it out according to the instructions in the booklet. The only problem is, you have to be really careful adding salt, so that you get it to a level two and don't go over, or it won't work. Then you would have to add water to dilute it. Now I barely add a pinch of salt at a time and haven't had any problems. I really like the fact that two people can use it at the same time and it comes in a really nice case with everything included. Definitely happy with my choice.

I am a regular jogger, jogging 10 miles 5 days a week. I like to relax my feet after jogging. I tried a few different kinds of massages, some are bad, some might be good at the first couple of weeks and died then.. finally, I bought this one with some risks because this one doesn’t have any reviews and it is a little pricy. Tried it for a few weeks, and it worked best for me! This foot bath fits my feet, and relaxed my feet a lot. I highly recommend this one for runners and joggers. It has one button to start after you setup your like temperature, which you don’t need set up every time. I would like to recommend it if you tried a few but hadn’t find the one you like😊.

I am working from home most of the time. The sedentary lifestyle really stressed my waist and I feel my feet are cold especially when the weather is getting cooler. This multifunction detox machine really helps with both issues. It can also be used by two users. I tried it immediately after I received it. It helped my sleep with foot bath and the waist belt also help to release the stress on my waist. The packaging is good. Just a reminder that this machine doesn't come along with a foot bath basin, so remember to order one if you don't have it at home. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Our local spa recommended this exact foot spa so I ordered it. First one broke after the first use. Returned for a replacement. It worked two times. Foolishly, I tried it one more time and this one also worked twice on one side and four times on the other before it also no longer works. Either the machine or the assays are junk but it is definitely not a good product. Don't waste your time. It's junk.

It is quite amazing the the toxins it pulled from my body high recommend if looking to rid your body of toxins. Helps to detoxify liver, joints lymphatics systems just to name a few.

1st thing, in uae change the voltage to 240! Second i am seeing smoke and burning smell from the device ? Anyone had an idea ? Is because too much of Salt added ? I put 3 small spoons

El pedido lo realicé 3 veces, dos fueron canceladas y devuelto mi pago. Al tercer intento el 13 de mayo lo recibí finalmente; pero, hasta el día 18 lo pude abrir por cuestiones personales. Viene con abolladuras en el estuche. Al ponerlo en uso encendió muy bien, funcionó correctamente los 30 minutos. Ahora 23 de mayo lo volvimos a usar y los primeros 20 minutos funcionó sin ningún problema, después empezó a sentirse un olor a caliente y antes de los 25 minutos, se apagó solo. El fusible se fundió, y aún cambiándolo no volvió a encender. Quiero realizar la devolución del producto

Necesito saber si tienes garantía la máquina desintoxicación iónica ,solo llevaba tres días de uso y ya no sirve ,dejo de funcionar, agradezco su atención 🙏 gracias.
