## Questions & Answers

**Q: why is there no "P"?**
A: You choose the letter after you buy them I had to send them a message with what letter I wanted

**Q: Are they dishwasher safe?**
A: Yes. No problem with the engraved initial after many dishwasher trips.

**Q: When you monogram glasses for a man is it best to use first letter of first name or the first letter of his last name**
A: Hello Shay,

Thank you for your question, and we appreciate your interest in our Monogrammed Bar Glasses.
Traditionally, it is best to use the surname, regardless of the civil status: married or unmarried.

However, it is becoming more common to use the first letter of someone’s name, so consider the person you are gifting the monogrammed item to when deciding which initial they would prefer.

We hope this helps. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Best Regards,
Customer Support
OTR LLC

**Q: Is the monogram etched into the glass, or is it painted/applied onto the glass? the comments seem mixed on this.**
A: It doesn’t look like paint but not etched either.
