Nice, easy way to organize
Really convenient way to organize all those small loose items in my turnouts. (Ie. Screwdriver, wire cutters, flashlight) Not to mention when I need to transfer to my backup gear the transition is easier now. Highly recommend.

Velcro needs to be stronger
Works well. Can’t access items with fire gloves on. I reinforced the slots with the rigid plastic from an old protein jug. And I added corded tether to them so I could grab fast. You can’t attach the pouch Velcro onto too much of the pant pocket or else the pocket won’t Velcro onto the outside and shut. And you can’t Velcro too little cause the pouch will not be visible (aka accessible) when you open the pant pocket. So there’s a happy medium that works well with the attachment point of the Velcro, but the Velcro isn’t strong enough to support that weight-to-Velcro ratio.

Very helpful and tough!
Been using this for about 2 work cycles now. Keeps my tools organized, and better yet, stops my tools from putting holes in my pockets. I'll probably get another one for the other side.
