The grip at the base of the pencil is hard plastic, not a rubber type material. They are quite slim as well. If you have large hands these may be a bit too small. The mechanism is good and functioned well. I would buy these mechanical pencils again.

The mechanical pencils are made well. The boxed set has everything you need for the pencils. For the money spent I am happy with what I got.

With the three ever sharps that looks really nice and works really well and also has two containers of lead a piece also erasers each extra for the top of the pen and also a block of eraser. A real good bang for the buck! Excellent thank you very much

These pencils are everything I could have hoped for in a mechanical pencil. Yes, it’s probably weird to be so enthusiastic about office supplies but I use mechanical pencils everyday in my work (accounting) and love the feel of the pencil (great grip) , the sturdiness of the lead - it’s very durable. And the value of what’s included is amazing! Three pencils, lots of refills, erasers that fit the pencils and separate erasers as well for under $9? Wow! With next day delivery. It makes my nerdy heart happy!
