Has anyone found this useful in detecting ringworm?

If you have ringworm you probably ready know.... I was successful in killing the ringworm in minutes using this. Place it directly over the infected area and light it up for 10 or 15 minutes. Afterwards it will itch greatly, but then subside. I repeated this for a week for only 5 minutes to be sure, but I believe it was gone after the first instance. It worked for me!

I know the rechargeable battery that fits this is the 18650, but does it need to be the flat top or the button top? Thanks.
