Q: Will this fit into a standard outlet/switch box in the wall?

In my opinion, it would be tight if you could get it in. Plus, you wouldn't have access to the power switch if needed.

Q: Can I use this for my electric dryer? To notify me when it finished?

You can use it for electric dryer as long as its current rating is below 16Amp (or 20 Amp) - depends on the model you have. As for notification - it does not have such the function, however, you can see if the elctric dryer is On or Off by checking Amp readining (current) on the screen (either on the unit iteself or eWelink application).

Q: Would this support 10volts for the lowest cuttoff setting?

It does not have such functionality (undervoltage relay)
