The best thing to ever come into my life! I no longer suffer the insane pounding on my door at 5 am when his royal highness wants to be fed!! There is a timer you can set that will go off whenever you’d like your furry children to be fed. You can record your voice so they hear you when it’s time to eat. Mine are now on a schedule and they know when the feeder is going to go off before it does! I like that you can connect it to your WiFi and be able to manually feed them even when you’re away via the app. This has been a life changer for me because I don’t have to worry about my cats being fed on time when I’m away.

My senior cats recently passed and I adopted two kittens shortly after. I never considered how different they might be from my previous cats! Unfortunately one of my new babies is prone to scarring and barfing. I was so upset because I’m so used to leaving food out for grazers. I was so worried about not being able to find a solution. I don’t know why, but I tried lots of solutions and spent lots of money before I tried the automatic feeder. The feeder has worked perfectly! Both cats go running for it when they hear it and having the two bowls is perfect for them. I’m going out of town soon and it’s so comforting to know this will be there for them. The only slight negative I have is that you occasionally have to open the bin and shift the food around because it all pulls through the middle, but it’s not a huge deal. The schedule function is great, you can also do ad hoc feedings, and the bin is impossible to open if you have paws instead of hands. I highly recommend this feeder - I’d buy it again in a heartbeat. It’s worth the price for what it does.

This wasn’t a major issue, but it did require regular attention to ensure my cats were fed on time. The app’s remote control feature was reliable, and I appreciated the ability to check the feeding log to confirm meals were dispensed. Upon returning home, I was able to successfully program the feeder to dispense food four times a day. Given the small portion sizes (about 6g each), I scheduled multiple portions per feeding to meet my cats’ needs. This flexibility in portion control is a significant advantage. Even when I’m home, the HoneyGuaridan feeder proves to be a lifesaver. The 6L hopper is sufficient for storing a substantial amount of food, and the two-way dispenser effectively feeds two cats at once. This worked pretty well at first. The portion size is like 5 pieces of kibble so that is annoying. I got this for my four pugs who insist on having food in the bowl at all times. It was a pain to setup because we had wifi outlets on the same terrible app and therefore when I set it up we had to start all over when I tried to share it with my husband. That’s probably not as common but irritating all the same. After a month I noticed it was no longer feeding out by itself, the manual feed button did nothing. I reached out to support and they walked me through resetting it. I cleaned it out to make sure there was nothing gumming it up but to no avail. It kind of worked for a month before the motor stopped spinning. I returned and went with a different automatic feeder completely.

We were very impressed with these in the beginning. However, they only lasted about a year and a half before the motor died in the first one. A couple months later the second one quit working also. We really loved the convenience of setting multiple feedings per day so our cats didn’t have their meal schedule interrupted up if we were late getting home from work. It was also very convenient, when we went on vacation. We didn’t need someone to come over multiple times a day and feed the cats. We loved how much food it held at one time. There is also a small compartment in the lid for a freshness pack to keep moisture out of the food.

It's been 3-4 years since I purchased this item and it's still going, 3 meals a day for my cats and they love it. My voice recording stopped working about a year ago but I think it'd work if I tried re-recording it, which I haven't bothered with. So useful for going away for a night or two and knowing they'll be fed (of course someone has to come in and give them fresh water and do a welfare check, but it's one less hassle to worry about). The app is so useful, as long as you're on WiFi wherever you are in the world, and as long as the feeder is also connected to WiFi and power, you can update or manually feed. I was worried my cats would break into the tank, but they haven't, and they're clever so if they could, they would! Really impressed and would buy again in future.

Unsere Katzen haben erst etwas komisch geschaut aber nun haben sie sich an den Geräuschpegel, der beim Herausfallen des Trockenfutters in die Blechschale erzeugt wird, gewöhnt. Wir stellen die Keramiknäpfe in die Auffangkörbe ein, passen nicht ganz aber geht. Die App bleibt unter ihren Möglichkeiten und hätte durchaus Potential zur Weiterentwicklung. Sie ist nicht ganz selbsterklärend - und der Futterplan erschließt sich erst nach dem Testen, genauso die Sprachaufnahme. Die ist noch Luft nach oben.

Ottimo, facile da usare e gestibile dal telefono. Si possono contrallare anche i pasti erogati ed eventuali problemi se non escono le crocchette. Lo utilizzo con la corrente per non avere problemi di batterie, ma si imposta in entrambi i modi. Si aggiorna da solo, anche il cambio ora. Unica pecca porzioni poco abbondanti, ne ho programmate di più del vecchio distributore.
