Use it all the time

I purchased this kit when I was just starting out with sourdough baking. It had everything I needed. I am still using almost all the items almost a year later in my weekly bread baking. The only thing I wished for when it came was for more instructions. I had to look up how to put the razors onto the bread lame on the internet. And as a newby to sourdough I wasn't sure if the cloth liners were supposed to stay in the banneton baskets or over top of the basket to cover the bread while proofing. I'm still not sure the proper way to clean the baskets - whether or not they can go in the dishwasher or not. I've just been brushing the flour out of the grooves with the scrub like brush that came in the kit or washing by hand but a bit of an instruction manual with this info would have been helpful. Overall I am happy with my purchase and it has been instrumental in my sourdough journey.

I am new to making sour dough bread but Knew this would be a great help. It really helps cutting the dough and having a basket for your dough to rise. Making sourdough has been a journey for me and appreciate having this to help!!!!

Love this! It’s a great starter kit. Deducting stars because unfortunately I am missing the mixer in my kit, which is the main reason I bought it. None the less, everything is great quality!
