I LOVE Hoover , the suction power , the quality and the affordability of their products are amazing. I have THICK carpet and a cat. I bought the previous model of this vacuum and it lasted over 5 years before I gave it away thinking I could buy something better. While owning it I did have an issue with the vacuum but since it was under warranty , Hoover honored the warranty and I was able to send me a new vacuum days later. Hoovers customer service team is always kind and helpful. I have tried the shark lift away vacuum on my carpet and after it still felt and looked dirty, plus the suction wasn’t very powerful. I then bought a Hoover wind tunnel vacuum with lots of reviews. It felt cheap, the suction power was okay, and it had cord rewind but that was instead of a filter which wasn’t a fair trade in my opinion. And then I saw this model which was a newer version of my 5 year vacuum. I was skeptical because of the reviews but I’m glad I tried it. It is lightweight but not cheap. It’s very easy to use and functional with the swivel base. The suction power is amazing, plus it comes with a lot of attachments which is nice. I did a small area of my carpet and attached photos to show just how much it was able to pick up. For reference I hadn’t vacuumed in a week and before that I had used the shark and other Hoover vacuum.

Day 1 and I love this vacuum cleaner. Pros: Strong suction, lightweight, self propelled, flexible cord. Cons: Cord could be longer. That's it. It's a great vacuum for the money. Works as well as my former Dyson Animal and easier to maneuver.

Similar to the previous Hoover I had for 12 years. It's somewhat inconvenient that you have to turn it off and on with your foot at the bottom; for the older one I pressed a button on top. Tilting it is more complicated here. The vacuum is also not well balanced so you must be careful not to have it fall on you as you use the extensions. But it is powerful and I like the HEPA filtration.

The canister is broken

I bought this used. It was a good product and worked as expected. On March 15,2025, less than three months after purchase on December 16,2024, the motor began to smoke and burned out. The vacuum is now dead and unusable. When I called Amazon, they said the product was bought used and there was no warranty on it after January 31,2025, the date by which it had to be returned. But they were willing to do me a favor and take it back. However, the cost to ship it back would be $85. So, for a product that cost $100, they were essentially willing to give me a 15 credit. I have declined. I threw it in the trash. There was nothing on Amazon to say that because I bought the product used there was no warranty on it beyond the return date. I am upset and very disappointed in Amazon. A used product should have been refurbished and certainly last more than three months.

WOW! This vacuum lifts embedded dirt, allergens, effectively in one pass. It was definitely worth the buy.

Great suction and function, but belts tend to snap easily. Have now had this vacuum for a year and have had to replace the belt 4 times. Bought Hoover belts and off brand, but something about the vacuum causes wear and tear. At least it is very straightforward to replace the belt (the bottom unscrews).

it was easier than the one that I put together the other hover vacuum cleaner

I’ve had it for a year. This vacuum cleaner was much more powerful than I expected. It does a great job on both low carpet and hard floor. I find it easy to maneuver. The attachments are handy. The cord is long enough. The cannister is super easy to empty. My cats hate it lol.

i like the swival and the price was right

Best vacuum I have ever owned, its not too big, is completely sealed so excess dust does not fly around. Easy to use and it has helped with my allergies. I can't say enough good things about it!. Price was good as well.
