When the package came I thought there was a mistake. It came in a small flat package. I turns out it needs to be inflated, unlike real tennis balls. It came with an inflation needle but no pump. So plan on buying a bicycle pump or sports ball pump if you do not already own one. Once inflated (do not under inflate it) it worked great. If it is under inflated I would imagine larger dogs would be able to get a good grip with their teeth. And if they do I don’t think it would last too long. It is clearly not as indestructible as a real tennis ball, but it is good enough unless you have one of those dogs that destroys everything.

This big tennis ball is great for Zoey. We’ve had 2 of these and the first one I had finally lost some fabric to it over the last few months, however, we’ve had these for at least 3-4 years. Yes, it’s lasted for quite some time and this one is perfect. The color is vibrant, love it! Zoey’s had fun with it thus far and can’t wait to continue to play ball with her!

Such fun, until it died. He loved this ball, loved it. He jumped and played all summer. Cant complaint too much about it being popped, he is 84 lbs of dog. For the price and the entertainment of an entire summer I feel its worth it. Would purchase again. Think it goes without saying, dogs pop inflatable balls.

Nice looking ball, sturdy and everything, but it lasted about 10 minutes of play with my border collie. Then he succeeded in putting a tooth in it and it was done. So, if you know your dog likes to bite the balls, you will throw your money out the window. If not, it's a very nice ball.

These were fun to play with. My dog is a very agressive chewer so as you’d expect they did not survive. Tennis ball is about the size of a basketball for reference. Also ball does not come with pump so make sure you have that in order to use this toy.

Our GSD puppy LOVES the ball. Our pup likes to naw on stuff and manage to get hold of the felt just right and rip the cover and now runs around carrying the ball when hes not kicking nudging it around yard. Over nice product. Our pup is a buuthead and likes to play.

Perfect for large breeds or dogs that love a challenge. It's much bigger than a standard tennis ball, so it doesn't get lost under the couch easily. Great for outdoor play!

The Giant 9.5" Dog Tennis Ball is a fun toy, but don’t expect it to last long if you’ve got bigger, stronger dogs. I’ve had two of these now — the first one lasted maybe two weeks (around three hours of actual playtime), and the second one was punctured by my German Shepherd in just less than 2 hours. With two Rottweilers and a Shepherd, durability is always a challenge, and this toy just isn’t designed to handle that kind of power. When I inflated the first one a little higher, it actually held up better since my dogs couldn’t quite get a grip on it, which gave me more playtime. The second ball, however, had a bit of extra material on the finish that made it less sturdy, and it tore more easily. That being said, the dogs had a blast while it lasted. For smaller or medium-sized dogs, or even large dogs that aren’t heavy chewers, this could be a really fun outdoor toy. I’ll probably buy another one just for the enjoyment factor, but if you’ve got big breeds like mine, just know going in that longevity won’t be its strong suit.

As usual, Amazon parcel arrived sooner than said. Ball come deflated but easy to pump up with attachment that comes with the ball. My dog loves this and herds the ball all around the backyard and is totally spent until the next time

I would strongly recommend this for anyone who has a dog that "destructible" toys are destructible. My four-legged daughter, Coco, has broken over 14 balls this summer. This one she has had the longest! She has a lot of fun with it!

I brought this for my dog. I'm not going to lie, I was worried in case he would damaged it after one use but 5 months later its still not damaged he still loves it!! It's very playability!!
