The mattress covering is of a silky fabric - the top portion slip and slide all over as the dog moves. The top cover corners do no fit & stay on. ???

I absolutely love this dog bed!! We have had zero issues. It does not slip and slide, and the cover fits perfectly. Are you sure it was put together correctly?? I’d try removing the cover and bolsters, and put it together per instructions. Good luck, and hope this helps, as it is a great bed, especially for the price.

After you remove the mattress, do you need to remove the bolsters, also, before machine washing the cover?

You really should remove the bolsters when washing the cover. The bolsters come out easily. Leaving them in will not allow proper drying and could lead to mold issues.

How long does it take for the memory foam to puff out after unpacking? Been 2 days and still completely flat on one side.

I returned the first one because it stayed completely flat on one half as well for 4 days while the other half expanded almost immediately after unpacking it. They shipped me another one and so far its acting the same way after about 8 hours now. The one side exapanded within an hour and the other side does not seem to be expanding at all.

Does this contain any rubber or natural latex?

I am not sure but I returned both beds. The mattress is supposed to be orthopedic but it was lumpy and thin. Plus it’s difficult to put together. Don’t order!
