Seems to be decreasing appetite
I think it is reducing my appetite slightly. Let's hope. I struggled off 30 pounds over several years. I kept it off for over 3 years then suddenly last September I got hungry and couldn't quit eating. 22 pounds came back on within 3 months. I have tried other products but they haven't helped.

Reduces swelling.
I have swollen legs because of an old injury. Taking this pill twice a day brings the swelling down significantly. Not all the way, but about 60-70 percent. I am pleased with the results.

DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT TO END UP IN THE HOSPITAL. I took 1 pill for the first time last Sunday and ended up in the hospital on Monday. Long story short. It was my liver from this pill. I’m super healthy and go to the gym 5 times a week. I’m never on a pills but wanted to try something to suppress my hunger and or cravings. This PILL put TOXINS in my liver and I also got JUANDICE (yellowing of the skin and eyes) trying to figure out what happened to me. Final result after a week after the hospital, i had an infection in my liver due to this pill which the doctors had told me at the end. I tested for everyone on the board while I am still here. It’s not FDA approved and never buy meds from Amazon. They can put whatever in it and I didn’t know that so trying to save someone else from what I jsut went through. Amazon this is NOT OK and seller this is absolutely horrible that you’re even considering selling this. ZERO STARS if I could.
