I must say,no rather SHOUT 3 words about this product "IT REALLY WORKS!" D-Mannose IS my best friend,after suffering bouts of this most miserable complaint for ever and a day. I usually find that my system eventually gets used to a brand of medicine and gradually weakens,so I try to buy a few brands of each item and give them a few weeks each in turn or use as and when necessary. The product I tried before this was good,very good,but then I swapped to this brand and I am sure this is stronger in comparison.This product worked the fastest in my humble opinion,taken as a level teaspoonful in half a glass of water.I have no medical evidence to back this up,but my own results show that for me,anyway, this product is jet fast!! My husband remarked that I had stopped moaning about the discomfort only 1 hour after taking this. We all want quick relief from this hovering monster when it decides to strike.The cost is also reasonable compared to others,and their own website gives ample reading material about D-mannose. Being a diabetic I have to watch my sugar levels,but although D-mannose is a form of sugar it passes out very speedily from my system and hardly registers on my blood sugar readings,if at all. I haven't tried the tablet or capsule form preferring to stick with the powder form I mix in water. PS>>I was lying in bed thinking of how so many people are this evening struggling with the pain and discomfort of Cystitis,and being a Christian I wanted to help all you sufferers,and so I jumped out of bed to add another cure.It is a bottle of Homeopathic capsules by Naturalcare called UTI capsules for urinary tract.So type in UTI capsules into Amazon searxh and it should come up.These are expensive but hey,what is money against peace from the cystitis monster.If you have a full blown infection follow the box directions and take them all.If,like me,you just want to keep it away once the last bout is over,I take 2 of these capsules daily after a meal,and with D.Mannose as well I can stop it BEFORE it strikes again.The capsules will kill the infection. No me canso de recomendarselo a la gente, sobretodo mujeres que tienen infecciones de orina recurrentes. Para mi ha sido un milagro totalmente, llevaba años sin parar de tomar antibióticos y desde que empece a tomar D-mannose no he vuelto a ellos. Además actúa casi más rápido que el antibiótico y no tiene ningún efecto dañino que yo haya observado.

Being a martyr to bladder urgency , and non infection but bacterial symptoms wanting to pee and no stinging ,feeling sick and cold shivers ,i suffer with attacks at least 5 times a year, worse in the summer and being menopausal has got worse ,i am doing prevention techniques , drinking more water take high strength cranberry tabs ,probiotics for gut health ,Garlick tabs ,now powder d mannose IN THE MORNING AND AT NIGHT to prevent any bacteria sticking to the bladder walls ,uretha and cervix ,this powder has made a really big differ ace ,its helped me brilliantly ,cut down the effects of an attack, we all got to find our own way that works ,fingers crossed /buying more ,try it x

I have been suffering with Interstitial Cystitus for about 6 months now and I have been prescribed many treatments via my GP. The GP also recommended D Mannose powder so I ordered this product to use along side my prescribed meds. The pot is tiny and considering the dose is one to seven spoonfuls - at the maximum dosage it would not last long. I am prepared to spend any money to rid myself of the agony of this condition with symptoms such as constant need to pee (waking 3 to 4 times a night), bladder trauma - absolute agony at times when my bladder begins to fill, mood swings with the pain - like a black cloud is over you - however I did not find this to be a miracle cure. I used the powder in water and was taking two spoonfuls morning and night for the full course. I did not find much improvement. I have since ordered D Mannose capsules in 700mg - 60 capsules and I am taking one in the morning and one at night and finally I can say things are beginning to improve. I do not have the agony in my bladder, the bloating, the mood and I am only waking once a night. I am also trying to abstain from going to the loo so frequently and I find that I am not feeling the need to go so frequently.

I cannot recommend D-Mannose highly enough. I wish I had discovered this years ago!! I have suffered from chronic UTI's for years and tried everything (including antibiotics) but without success. I also have a little dog with the same problem and after antibiotics her infection would just keep returning. Within hours of taking this, I carried out dip tests and the results were astonishing for both of us. I will now never be without a tub. If you suffer from the same problem, I would recommend that you give it a try.
