So if anyone has seen the VB black eyeliner that cost way more than this, I will say that I have used both and this eyeliner I have used for many many years.. I suffer with dry eyes one minute and runny the next, so quite sensitive. So a lot of eyeliners are no good for me. I have tried eyeliners cheap and the other extreme very high, but always go back to Avon. The thing I like, the pencil lasts for ages, never seems to break off half way through, but kinder to eyes The eyeliner is very soft and eyes touching the skin under the eye is extremely sensitive as that part is wafer thin. This black eyeliner did take a long while to be delivered, I can only assume it is an Avon seller that has so much supply for the month, but that the only thing I can think of. I can wear longer than 10 hours a day, and still in place. The blackest black is more luxurious, and soft. The price is very competitive and I feel is one of the leading brands still on the market Removing the eyeliner is good, and all of it is removed, so no panda rings.
