Replacement attachment solved our problems.
Great fit, high quality. This is exactly what I needed to complete my pool cleaning system. The old attachment had some chips, and the O ring was old and stiff. I get great suction now in our pool cleaning vacuum.

Perfect Replacement Part
Purchased to replace my old & dry-rotted skimmer basket vacuum attachment. 20 year old inground pool with Hayward parts. This fit perfectly. The black o-ring provides a tight seal when vacuuming. No issues with movement/slipping during the vacuuming process. Perfect size for a standard pool vacuum hose. The material seems to be good quality. I've been vacuuming to waste several times a week and have had zero issues with it. Excellent value at about $15 cheaper than my local pool store.... and it arrived in just 2 days. Highly recommend!

Make sure the size will fit your pool skimmer.
The product is of good quality but was too big for my pool skimmer. Bummer. It was an excellent price. The description didn't provide the size but said that it would fit certain products. I didn't know what the name of my skimmer was so I ordered it thinking all skimmers are the same size.

Is A Must
The SP1106 Pool Skimmer Vacuum Plate for Hayward Swimming Pool Skimmer is a must. It fits over my skimmer, and the pool pumps suction power makes it literally stick in place. Then, I can connect my pool vacuum hose to it, and not worry about having debris get into the pool pipes, as the skimmer basket captures the leaves and other debris, but allows me to suck up the dirt from the bottom of my pool. I highly recommend this, but be sure it's the correct size for your skimmer before ordering.
