Good quality Methyl version for a great price.
I switched to this because it uses Methylcobalamin, which is much better absorbed than the cheaper Cyanocobalamin versions. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and you get a huge supply for the price. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bottle is way oversized for the amount of capsules inside—seems like a waste of plastic. Other than that, it's a solid supplement.
