Are these razors really made in the usa?

The package states "handle made in Taiwan, blades made in USA from IMPORTED steel"

How do you replace cartridges? I can't get mine to snap on? What am I doing wrong?

Hello, the best way to do this is to leave the blades in the case, then take the handle, and snap it into the blade while in the case, and pull up..it will only go in one way.

Don't know but if it wasn't made by the same company, I'd say probably not. The M5 blades end in a oval socket that fits into the Magnum handle. I've used the M5 for a while now and really like it. Since it's made in the USA, it's another good reason to buy them.
