Because my husband is almost pasty white and none of his elders have the really curly facial hair of his and they could offer no advice. He hated to shave more than once a week because of the painful tugging of the razor on his skin and the bumps that were left afterward. We were in the shaving aisle one day searching for something he had not yet tried. A lifesaver came to his rescue. I might get this again reason it’s great for your bread it us a good texture on it when it keeps it moist for the rest of the entire day good smell to it doesn't leave it dry at all and it’s worth buying .

Love this. Takes a lot of friction out of shaving

I let this sit all over the facial hair areas of my face and neck, a very generous amount. It truly made a difference. There was no tug & pull. There was not one spot on my face bleeding. I then applied the after shave max overnight and I woke up with practically no razor bumps or burn. My neck usually get irritated so so bad. Once I was done shaving I noticed there was a few bumps but not as many it made a difference. I did also use the face wash prior to shaving as well to clean the dirt off my face. The only product that I may not have needed was the skin moisturizer. It broke me out if anything. I was so close to getting my whole face laser haired off, but now I’m glad I don’t have to take that step yet.

Does the job but the smell is terrible

I’m a big fan of this preshave oil; best thing to use before apply the gel on my head. It’s smooth and the bottle goes a long way! My only complaint is that Patrol Inc go long periods of time without producing this stuff which bums me out. Wish they would keep in stock like their other products.

After battling a bad bout of ingrown hairs, breakouts and irritation. I thought I'd try this line out. The pre-shave oil is a game changer. Use before your shaving cream, oil, gel application and it helps get a much smoother and less irritation shave.

Excellent product but such a shame that we can't buy anymore.

I have used a few shaving prep creams in the fast but this oil is the best thing I have tried so far, less irritation and bumps when using this oil.

I noticed a slight difference whilst shaving my head and I have fewer cuts then usual.

I feel like this product operates on the premise of placebo. I also feel like you could rub mustard oil on your face and youd reap roughly the same properties of this type of preshave. im not impressed nor unimpressed.
