I bought a similar book with a different title and cover and it turns out they are mostly the same plans and give the same website to order from. The plans and the book are fine and has some nice information and easy to view layouts, and for what they are and the price, I'm generally happy based on my expectations. But I essentially have 2 nearly the same books. So maybe pay attention to the publishers, authors or other identifiers to avoid books having the same plans from the same company website. I'm putting this similar review up for that book as well.
