FlyingColors Laguiole Stainless Steel Flatware Set. Multicolor Handles, Wooden Storage Box, 34 Pieces

Love this flatware!!!!! We like plastic handles and have learned that none can sustain repeated dishwashings. So I don't expect these will and don't mind hand washing. They are so fun--the shapes and colors are great. I had seen some in Paris in a beautiful housewares store on the left bank but they didn't carry colors I like and were sold by the place setting. I'm glad I didn't find the colors I wanted because with the VAT it would have been very expensive and we'd have had to carry them in a suitcase. Gumps sold this same set this summer and I meant to buy them but by the time I got around to it they were gone. I was so happy to find the same set on Amazon for less than half the price. They are well made and beautiful, a real bargain I think and my fussy husband loves them too. We've been using Fiesta Ware flatware which I've had to repair with superglue many times. I'd buy a set of salad forks if you'll make them.

I love this cutlery set! They are adorable and very well made. They have a little curve at the bottom of the handle that is whimsical. Looks great on my table and I love all the different colors. Don't hesitate. Buy these!

Beautiful! très à la française! I got the ivory ones too & can't decide which I like better. These are better for steaks. The rustic wood is very nice. Wash by hand--better for the wood

This is an amazing cutlery set! I bought them primarily because of the great colors. I am extremely pleased by their usability. The teaspoons are a perfect size for my favorite treats - Jelli and pudding cups. The large spoons are great for soups or serving spoons. The knives are serrated and cut well. The forks are longer than my last flatware set but very comfortable to use. I was incredibly impressed by the packaging. Each peace was in a protective sleeve and then bundled in bubble wrap by category. I will consider this set for gift giving!

I was looking for a decent quality cutlery set with easy-to-grip handles and a classy appearance. These aren't exactly that as the curvature at the end of the handles combined with the slightly odd shape and hardness of the wood make them a bit difficult to hold. The teaspoons seem a little on the small side while the soup spoons are massive. You do get 34 pieces for your money which is a lot of eating utensils. I read an earlier review which stated the handles came apart after a week; but I've had no such experience. They've been washed by hand and in the dishwasher and they're still as good as new. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, though the next time I look for cutlery I'm going to do it in person so that I can hold them in my hands before making a decision.

Love the colors

This is a low quality product made to look high quality, the cutlery does not appear to be well made. The little bee icon looks poised to come off easily (as other reviews have had happen), there is rusting or glue (something black) where the pieces get glued together, and there are little metallic hairs coming out of the seams. In some cases the hairs are not little, and look very unsightly. I returned it and bought the higher quality version at Quince. Wanted to like it, but if they cared they would have checked each item to make sure it looked even remotely presentable.

What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL set of flatware. Each piece has a nice “weight” to it. You can tell that this set of flatware along with the really nice box are high quality and made well. I cannot wait to show it off to my friends and family. I also got “nearly matching” dishes, placemats and fabric napkins.. I was expecting a low quality product because it was so inexpensive. What a fantastic price. I highly recommend this set of flatware with the sturdy box. BUY IT NOW before it’s too late!

I became familiar with Laguiole whilst dining out in France on many holidays. I love the brand, it reminds me of good times so I was really pleased to find these on Amazon. They are incredibly well made as you would expect from Laguiole. They are solid, very sturdy and they look fantastic. You will look forward to showing these off to your friends. They really feel expensive, even if you had never heard of the brand before, they literally boast quality and class. I can see some reviewers have commented on the quality of these. The set that I received is exceptional. Everything intact and no plastic finish. Time will tell of course and I will update my review if I have any problems but right now I am very happy with my purchase and I am more than happy to recommend. O jogo de talheres é muito bonito. As cores são bem intensas e com material de ótima qualidade. O único porém é que não tiveram o cuidado de embalar bem, pois a caixa de madeira é bem frágil e veio quebrada.
