Review: Fortunately I've been able to fix them each time - The size, shape and organization are just what I wanted and the appearance is very attractive. I am having two issues with it, however. The straps do not stay in place, so I had to tie them in knots, so now the strap lengths can't be adjusted without untying the knots. And I don't find the zippers strong enough - I've broken them three times by overstuffing the bag. Fortunately I've been able to fix them each time, but I have to be very careful now not to put any stress on the zippers. I've never had this problem with any other backpack.
