I picked this up to make perfectly round egg white patties for breakfast sandwiches, and it worked exactly as expected. The size is just right for standard English muffins, and the silicone makes cleanup a breeze — no sticking or scraping. I usually fill the molds with seasoned egg whites and bake them in bulk for the week. They pop out cleanly every time and hold their shape well. If you're trying to prep quick, high-protein breakfasts, this is one of those little tools that just makes life easier. Solid buy for the price — I'd get them again in a heartbeat.

These pans are awesome..I love making moon pies from scratch and these are the perfect pans to use..so simple to use and bakes perfect !

These silicone sheets are easy to use and easy to clean. The volume is the same as a cupcake pan but the shape/size is perfect for an English muffin. They are pretty flimsy so important to put a sheet under them before moving them when filled with eggs. Once cooked, the eggs pop out with ease. I definitely like them but wish they had a little more sturdiness to them.

Love them, love them. I really like a certain fast-food place's sausage egg and cheese. I have tried for years to make them at home. A muffin pan makes the eggs too fat, too tall. So, now I have found Wally World's frozen sausages, which are very close to the patties, AND now these silicone pans! My homemade sandwiches are better than fast-food and easy. So, whereas before the fat eggs slid off, but now they are English muffin sized and perfect. Clean-up is easy, the pans are floppy, but place them on a cookie sheet or similar pan before placing in the oven. The eggs just came right out with a butter knife. Plus you get two pans for a very good price.

Work great for egg bite muffins. Good size. I put mine on a baking sheet to bake for added support.

Purchased these to make the egg component for breakfast sandwiches. For each sandwich, I typically use at least one egg but like to add in other ingredients like cheese, meat and veggies. There is literally NO ROOM for anything other than one egg or the cup will overflow. It's also flimsy enough that if you bump it or your baking sheet warps in the warm oven the sillicone will allow egg to spill out because there is zero extra room in the cups. Overall I am disappointed in their size. I find them not quite big/deep enough for my liking. They do release eggs well and clean nicely especially if sprayed with PAM. But I would not purchase again.

Great for breakfast egg bites. They do great in the oven and quick easy clean up. Instead of using my heavy muffin pan I use this instead. Doesn't take up a lot of space in my cabinet. The depth is perfect.
