Are these bras padded?

There is a thin layer of padding over the entire cup. But I wouldn’t say it’s padded like a push up.

One of the reviews with pictures hase the size chart. I am a 34D and will order a medium.

Can the padding be removed?

No it doesn’t very comfortable the padding doesn’t move around like in sports bra
