As someone from Turkey, I grew up with Turkish coffee, and this machine truly makes it just like back home. The foam, the aroma, and the richness of the flavor are all perfect. It’s also very easy to use and saves time compared to the traditional cezve without losing authenticity. If you love Turkish coffee or want to experience it the way it’s meant to be, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend!

I’m happy with that coffee maker. Just add water, coffee, mix, and forget. It will be ready in couple minutes. I see no difference with Turkish coffee from Istanbul.

I had such high hopes for this machine. Thinking it'll be much easier to make Turkish coffee with it while I'm working but to my surprise, the sensors are completely broken. It keeps in boiling and boiling and boiling to no end. Coffee ends up burnt, makes a mess everywhere and takes forever to quite literally boil it to a dust. I guess that's to be expected when I expected a product made in Türkiye, only to see it was made in China. Waste of time and money.

OKKA MINIO JET - model OK0017-KUL 120V 60 Hz 400W. A super convenient coffee maker. provides visual and audible notification when coffee is done and quiet as it preps coffee. Creates great crema (foam, kaimaki). Coffee carafe has "MAX" marker inside to indicate water level limit. It is a good size and can prepare more coffee than a traditional over-burner type Turkish coffee pot. However it requires twice as much ground coffee than the traditional over-burner coffee pot and generates far more coffee sediment than over-burner coffee pot. If you don't filter the sediment, you'll have 50% less drinkable Turkish coffee than using a over-the-burner coffee pot. A good value considering both the pros and cons.

Tenía una versión pasada de esta marca y compré ahora esta cafetera. Además de que le cabe por lo menos una taza más y que el diseño es mejor, es super práctico preparar el café turco. Las cafeteras funcionan muy bien. Estoy muy contento con la marca y la recomiendo ampliamente.
