They are good
I brought these for a friend's child and they are absolutely brilliant less pain and more manageable for her child to walk without being as in much pain as they were in before they only negative is the takes ages to actually come .

My daughter daughter was complaining about her foot hurting, and was visibly limping by the end of the school day and her softball practices. She's growing and we recognized that she probably needed some added support to make it through her day and games. These gel socks were perfect! They really worked well to support her heel and provide the added cushioning she needed. She was able to make it through her growth spurt with fewer complaints and was able to make it through practices without pain. I was concerned they might be too bulky for her softball cleats, but they fit fine.
