I ordered matching handles. 4 were the same and fine. 1 was different. I tried to ask for a replacement and was told partial returns are not possible. So since had fitted 4 I was left with no choice but to use a different 5th one. Unimpressed to say the least.

Lovely looking handles but they have been up 4 days and the latches constantly get stuck. Door has opened and banged as a result numerous times which is so frustrating, both from the noise and the fact they're new glass doors.

Unfortunately the screws are really crap and the lock sticks, but where I've now fitted the handles and lock, I can't be bothered to send back. Seller definitely needs to check out the quality of the screws and lock.
