The inverter-generator is pretty much as advertised. We have used in on Propane only, in order to keep the engine gunk-free. So far we have not tested at high altitude, but at 3,000 ft where we live, it operates very well. Highly recommend watching a few YouTube videos about the unit, to save time and to clarify operating and set-up instructions (for instance, it's important to connect the battery wires properly before starting it. We did everything as suggested and it started up the first time (push-button) on propane only. According to one video, if using propane, it's helpful to close the spark plug gap just a teeny bit. But getting the spark plug out with the tool that comes with the generator was not possible. It was a flimsy socket tool that stripped (the plug stayed fine). Went to the auto-parts store and purchased a spark plug removal extender socket for about $12. This on the end of my socket wrench worked perfectly -- plenty of leverage and a tight fit that made plug removal easy. The propane adaptor works great, and the generator ran our RV airconditoner (3,500 watt) perfectly. The ONLY thing that we noticed (so far) is that the noise level is not as quiet as advertised. It's not horrible, but it's not as quiet as 53-55 db. At 20 feet away, it's more like 63-65 db. Still very good, but more than advertised. Other than that, it's a great deal for the money -- portable, realt4ively quiet, good power output, versatile and not too heavy (53 lbs, plus it is on wheels). A this point, would highly recommend.

I bought this generator for the automatic starter. This generator came with a dead battery. I was able to start the generator manually. Three times! Tried to run to see if it would self charge battery. It would not. The fourth try at manually starting and it has already become tooooooooo hard to start. I am a 60 year old women. The catch is that there is no way to contact seller or get any answers. The seller is out of the country which I did not notice until too late. The three times I ran this generator for about an hour each time it did seem to do well. But what good is it when I can't start it? So, for me, this is useless. I will try to replace the battery to see what happens. But why should I have to when I paid good money. I bought a new generator with the expectations of being able to operate without these kinds of issues. There is no answer. I'm just stuck with a piece of junk. ZERO STARS Update. Suprise! Over10 days since I first sent the first part of this review, and no response. I took the battery to a specialty store and found no replacement. The battery is old. over two years old. Dead! The connector is proprietary. No replacement. No way to get in touch with manufacturer. $850.00+ wasted

We used this generator for our RV for a couple of weeks and had a few consecutive days without electrical hookup. We ran this from Propane. Starts immediately, runs solidly and we had no problems. Was extremely easy to set up (attach regulator that comes with it). It also has a gas option too but we didn’t need that. Imagine waking up in the morning and you want to start breakfast, all we had to do was hit the remote button and all of the appliances started up without having to go outside! It is not that heavy either, easy to move around. Has wheels and an extendable handle if you need to roll it around.

BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK IN THIS SIZE I use this for my mobile detailing set up and it fits behind my passenger seat foot well area perfectly in my 2023 rav 4. This was the only generator I found in this size that had an electric start, since I dealt with pull start generators and all of them failed on me. only issue I have with this is it takes about 5-10 clicks on its remote or button for it to start, but it does eventually start. power is great, can run steamers, air compressors , water pumps, and 2 vacuums with no problems. Also has a nice screen telling you the level of gas and how many hours till empty.

Winner winner. Add oil and some propane up and running in less than 5 minutes. That fact that this is remote start, duel fuel, 3500 watts and I can roll and pick the unit up is amazing. Packs a lot of value for the money.

Bought this MAXPEEDINGRODS - 3500W DUEL FUEL INVERTER GENERATOR JUL. 28,2023 When it first arrived using only Propane fuel it ran perfect. Ran it about every month for about 20 min. each time, then I missed for about 3 months and then I could not get it to start and the battery went Dead. Oil is up to the threads still only using Propane Fuel and having to use pull cord DARN. Well now what the heck do I do? Can't figure out how to get help Phone number is useless am still trying to contact Customer Service but can't figure how to do it Being 86 years old don't Help, any ideas out there? -Well this is a Revised Review, I am going from a 2 star to a 5 star rating, here's why. Maxpeedingrod Contacted me after reading my review and First off they supplied me with a wiring diagram that allowed me to get the electric wiring right, second they have ordered me a new Battery from China and have assured me if that doesn't fix things they will continue to work with me to get things right, OH did I mention they offered to give me a complete refund, A great gesture I thought says a lot about the company. Now I am looking forward to what else I can buy from them because of there great customer service. Maybe they might call if they get a good refurbished unit to match what I have an double my power output. One thing I discovered ,even if the battery goes dead you can still start the generator using the pull cord and manually adjust the Choke worked for me. It is really a smooth running machine and when I plugged in the grinder and my wife's hair dryer the generator hardly revved up much, I am really tickled with my unit and feel some what prepared living in Florida for the next Hurricane thanks to maxpeedingrods, WAY TO GO GUYS!

The generator is good running a little generator and it has plenty of power it's small enough to fit in my doorway in my camper and only issue I had was I guess it had said on a shelf and the battery went bad so I was unable to use your el ectric start it wouldn't spend it fast enough to start I had to try to but I had to pull the pull up and then call about a battery and well other than that I'm kind of impressed with it I think it'll be a good little generator I hope Generator works fine has plenty the power it came with a bad battery at first from sitting too long I believe they're going to correct that

We bought this (our first) generator as a backup for our solar power on our ORV 19 MKS trailer. My goal was only to run on propane for the generator. For the first 12 hours no problems at all. Flawless and started on electric every time. Then it sat for 2 months without use. The other day I went to start with the electric starter. I had left the battery connected and it was dead. No amounts of manual pulls would work. Finally I filled the gas tank and it started on gas on the second pull. After a few minutes I switched to propane and again, started right away and the battery is charging. Despite this little incident (my fault for not disconnecting battery) I love this generator. I also dealt with the customer service center and had very good feedback on the issue. Would buy this again. The ability to use the propane and not gas is perfect.

Look folks, its not as quiet as a Honda, but its pretty darn close Ran it for 27 hours so far, changed the oil at two hours, used less than on 20 LB tank of LPG, light and easy to handle, Duel fuel option is a must for those guys and gals looking for alternates to jerry cans of gasoline. The remote start worked flawless from forty feet away, and when it rained, then turned to sleet and snow! Priceless! Are there better ones out there, maybe, but to the cost, the features are great, it worked without a single hiccup or issue. Highly recommend for those that love off grid camping. First trip the the Alberta mountains and it was perfect! the lake still had ice and it snowed on us Friday night... this little genie was great Its not as quiet as my old 100 LB Honda, but it lighter and the feature list is worth the two DB extra!

Works well. The fuel selector switch was extremely stiff and had to move with vice grips but I am afraid to break it. Emailed support and never heard from them. Review got feedback from company. After initial difficult start of generator,have not been able to start it with either fuel. Instructions from company did not help. Told to use choke and other suggestions that were not helpful.( no choke on this model). I did not expect to be a small motor mechanic to operate a brand new generator. Have asked for a replacement but not heard back. Expensive large paperweight Now they want me to get a professional mechanic to see if it needs a new part. My expense for a new generator . Thank goodness I was just trying to get it going and ny really needing it

Pleased with it so far. Started on first pull! (With gas. Haven't used propane yet) Like the digital readout. My Nespresso drew a maximum of 1300 watts and our air fryer 13 1800 watts. Eco mode works well. Only negative is that the instruction need more detail. For the life of me I can't find the battery connectors as described in the manual, so I don't know if the battery is connected or not. (Electric start doesn't work, so either the battery is not connected or it's connected but dead) That's a very small issue. I'll update this review if I have any issues.

Received the generator quickly from Amazon. The remote start/push button does not work. The pull start worked twice and then it wouldn't catch at all. It was 31c and I was relying on this generator to run my a/c in the motorhome for the weekend. I called the company and they sent a video on where to find the choke. That solved the immediate problem, but couldn't they simply put the location of the choke in the instruction manual? After running the generator for 16 hours the push start still does not work. Appears I need a new battery. The company will send a new battery but could take weeks to arrive. And then what? Do they expect me to install it myself? I'm not a mechanical engineer. The company is responsive to my phone calls but I find the whole situation super disheartening. I bought this generator because it is dual fuel and was hoping to use it primarily with propane. Without a functioning battery, that's impossible. It generates enough power to run the single roof a/c in my motorhome for approx. 3 hours on one fill of gas. Obviously having it connected to the motorhome propane tank would be the only solution when dry camping. Couldn't possibly take along enough gas to fuel it for a long, hot summer weekend. I find the whole situation very frustrating as this cost of the generator is significant and brand new, out of the box it doesn't work as it should.
