Q: Do the ridges in the inside of the plate make for difficult cutting of food?

We haven't experienced any issues with "cutting" food with this dinner ware. These plates are beautiful, easy to clean & makes every meal special!

They have a solid weight to the touch. Yet, not too heavy.

Q: Does this set have matching mugs separately?

No, the set does not come with matching mugs.

Q: How delicate are they? Will they last ? We've had a temptations set for almost 10 years.?

My set is new so I don’t know, but it’s good thick Stone wear so I’m assuming I’ll have it for many years.
