I was looking for a product that would help with night sweats and this product does the trick. After taking this product for a week or 2 I started sleeping better and not waking up overheated.

I bought these from The vitamin store first. It took a couple of weeks and I started to notice a difference in my body. I was getting every menopause symptom possible but what was probably the worst was joint pains. It was where I had injured myself in years part. I no longer have those pains and my hot flashes are minimal. They still come at night but not as frequent.

These supplements are for my mom, and she absolutely loves them. Whenever she stops taking them, I can really notice her mood decline, so she’s a huge fan and swears by them.

I have been taking this supplement for over a month now. Yes, absolutely helps with energy level and overall “feeling better”. However, the almost constant morning diarrhea and lack of “deep sleep” is a major concern for me. I am sensitive to Ashwagandha, and even though this product has a very small amount, it still prevents me from having “deep sleep” (the REM is through the roof, but it’s not balanced). I will not continue with this product.

This helps me do much with menopause.

Takes about 10 days to kick in but helps with hot flashes.

Be very careful of this product. I had my OB/GYN look at it and she said that it seemed fine and didn't have any ingredients to worry about, yet something about it made my blood pressure dangerously high. As soon as I stopped taking it, my blood pressure went back to normal. I noticed that another reviewer said the same thing so I would avoid this product.
