I live a moderately healthy and holistic lifestyle and castor oil packs have been on my radar for some time. I appreciated the quality of the oil and the pack itself is well made. I priced items individually and to be honest, this is a good value for what you are receiving. I used my pack on my abdomen over the liver to help with hormonal fluctuations and headaches due to my cycle. Even though I have read the research thoroughly, I was still a little surprised to see that it did make a positive difference. The oil itself last longer than the wrap. The wrap is supposed to be replaced every 2-3 months. I tried to wash mine (although not recommended) to see if I could extend the wear. The pack just gets overly saturated with oils, so washing did not make a noticeable difference and I will just continue to replace my wrap as suggested. I typically wear my wrap at night and have cut back to just around the days of my cycle when I am noticing inflammation or headache triggers. I have had less headaches and PMS symptoms, but keep in mind I also use supplements and eating for my blood type to aid. I am not sure how beneficial this product alone would be, but I am sure there are other reviewers who may be able to attest to the pack alone. I have not had any issues with leaking and it's comfortable to wear. Sometimes if I am laying in bed, I will add my head pack, but they say that is not necessary. It's very easy to use and I loved the way it was packaged along with information and instructions included.

This is by far the best castor oil pack application out there. This pack having the plastic outer layer sewn on and bands to keep it to your body is so helpful. I’m about to show my doctor so she can buy some for her patients because it makes doing the pack regularly so much easier, I’m actually able to sleep with it on now or wear it while doing things and most importantly not ruin sweatpants, robes, sheets, towels etc. Some reviews critique the bands not being body inclusive and I do have a little belly so I see what they’re saying. However I don’t tie the strings separately, I tie them all together in one big bow and put a drawstring waist on or a robe so I don’t have to tie them too tight and the pack still stays up against my skin. I prefer the thinner strands as they’re not super noticeable if tied comfortably(loose and all together) as they are very stretchy and soft. I assume with a thicker band or two sets of thicker bands it may actually feel more constricting on rolling bellies. I don’t recommend Queen of Thrones change them or space them further apart as some have suggested unless they would make a few different strand styles available for purchase. That would be very inclusive and considerate but I bet a bit harder to manage on their end. Either way, give it a try, it’s the best product out there for castor oil packs especially how organic they are and just play around with the bands.

I haven’t been using this product long enough to know if it’s actually doing anything for my liver yet, but I know using this product (instead of just the plain cloth they sell in health stores near me for the same purpose) makes less mess in your bed while you’re sleeping. I use this in conjunction with a cotton eye mask of the same quality that I found on here and I definitely notice a difference around my eyes (That’s easy to see). But I guess I’ll have to go to my doctor and do a blood test or something to see how my liver is doing to know how effective this is. I’ll test this theory after 6 months of consistent use and see what my bloodwork looks like. Also, I see myself using this product more frequently during the winter. Not because it’s uncomfortable or anything, but even with air conditioning I suffer night sweats so I tend to rip things off me that I feel like might be causing me extra heat. But I think I can actually stand this all night long during the winter.

I was shocked at the results we got from using this product. My son has severe acne and digestive issues. After only three days of using this his acne started to dry up and HEAL. He is sleeping better and seems to have more energy during the day. It didn't seem to make as much of a difference in his bowel issues but I am so amazed at how much difference it has made in his acne. We put the patch on his liver area and he slept with it on. We will continue to use product. Highly recommend!!

I could honestly never say enough good things about this product. I will continue to use as in probably until the day I die. It’s amazing. I found it online text. I’m free. It’s in a dark glass bottle and you really want that for a carrier oil because castor oil is a carrier oil and will absorb if it’s in a plastic bottle will absorb the plastic material. If you put this on your face now you’re putting plastic in your face not a good thing. Get a glass bottle. I definitely recommend this one. It’s good for headaches. It’s good for your hair. It’s good for your skin. It’s amazing for your thyroid. You put it on your neck, which is what that little pad is in the picture. It’s great. Definitely read up on their brand impeccable.

Castor oil is gold, so many uses

I love the wrap and the glass bottle, but I think the wrap is way overpriced. It says it is only good for 2 months of use (which I was not aware of before purchasing) so I definitely won't spent $50 again for this when I can purchase a similar one for about $10. Update, I used the wrap for 3 weeks for 1 hour per evening. I placed it over my lower abdominal region with a heating pad. I used to have terrible period cramps that lasted 2 or 3 days. This month, I had very mild cramps with no need for bedrest or Tylenol!!! I will definitely keep using.

The oil is excellent, but the pad is disappointing. The new design and material aren’t as good as the previous version. It’s much thinner, so it doesn’t stay in place well, and the tie placement isn’t ideal either.

The belt shows cotton strings but actually it’s sent with a very annoying plastic adjustable strap that’s not comfortable at all !

Easy to use, no mess, comfortable and my body is loving it.
