Extremely complete vitamin, and I feel great when I take this stuff. Taste could be better, but I don't take it for the taste and it works quite well. I have since switched to the tangy tangarine from the same company and it seems to work as well or better and tastes much better aswell.

Great supplement

Its contents appear to contain everything a person needs, health-wise. If you grade by nasty taste and appearance, it must be powerful.

This does give me more energy. When I forget to take it...I want a nap. It works for me!!

This a product arrived in a few days and was fresh. Using it daily, it gives me energy and strength. Would order again!

The product has a lot of beneficial ingredients and that is why I bought it. However, the taste is unpleasant, very sweet. Reading about the ingredients, I learned that the bottle contains 32 servings with 8 grams of sugar each. That is over 1/2 lb of sugar per bottle. Which health oriented person wants to ingest that much sugar? Most of us try to avoid sugar as much as possible. Unfortunately it cannot be returned. I hope the Magestic Minerals from the same company, without the sweeteners, are easier to take.

I have been using it for a long time now, and I am satisfied.
