Great product!
Excellent product! I had spine surgery with both anterior and posterior incisions of 4 & 5 inches. The handles have been a big help and now I use them to do arm raises. The bidet was worth every extra penny I paid for it. Reaching to wipe was not possible; fortunately the bidet did the trick. The cold water really wakes you up, too! It comes with the T valve which is needed.

Strong materials
The entire seat, lid and handles are made of good strong materials...you can just tell when you take it out of the Box...this was a really good purchse. I have the seat with the bidet (sounds like "ba day") just incase you're not familiar with the European word for bottom washer. Everyone in Europe area uses a bidet instead of toilet paper because it's a fresher cleaner feel after going to the bathroom. I highly recommend getting the seat with the bidet. It's really a simple install because the water line that goes into the toilet fill is a standard size and it easily attaches to the toilet seat bidet valve. The handles just make it so much easier lowering yourself down onto the seat and easy getting back up, so I highly recommend springing for the handles too.

Mom loves it👍
My Mom is a very independent woman. When a nasty illness left her mobility compromised, she became depressed and frustrated. She doesn't like to ask for help, and she certainly doesn't want anyone wiping her a$$ for her. This toilet seat/bidet gave her the stability to use the restroom independently, and it really gets her clean. It can be tough for seniors to get their arm back there and wipe properly. Many times they won't ask for assistance due to embarrassment, and that puts them at risk for infection. My Mom got frequent UTI's before we got this for her, and she hasn't had one since. It is also good for hemorrhoids. I love this thing, it has really helped my Mom regain her independence and given me peace of mind.

Comfortable Raised Toilet with Sturdy Handles, But Needs Extra Cleaning
Pros: Raised height makes sitting and standing easier • Strong, built-in handles for added stability • Quick and simple installation (about 15 minutes) Cons: • Because the seat is raised, water can sometimes shoot out toward the front of the toilet • Requires more frequent cleaning than a standard toilet seat Overall, this is a helpful for anyone needing extra height and support, especially for mobility or post-surgery needs. Just be prepared for a bit of extra cleaning and to keep an eye on the water flow.

Very Good Product
This bidet works exactly as advertised. I’m disabled and the handles make getting down and back up possible. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and using it makes this part of my life MUCH easier.

this toilet seat won't work on older toilets with thicker base!
toilet seat studs that go through my toilet not long enough to put nut on. I have a 1937 house and is this is probably the original toilet. called company to see if studs are threaded in plastic seat base or pressed. was told they are pressed so can't just remove them and replace with longer studs from hardware store. on phone they were aware of this problem on older toilets. if they would just make the studs stick out 2 1/2 inches instead of 2 inches then this seat would work on all toilets. we have this toilet seat on our downstairs toilet and really like it so really bummed that can't make this seat work on upstairs toilet and have to return it! Do better Bemis! put in longer studs!
