I recently bought a SainSmart hobby CNC router. Many years ago, I did a little CNC training, but never really used it so I thought it would be fun. After I assembled the CNC, it had an annoying chatter in the Z-axis. No real manual for the CNC, but after a little research I discovered that you need to lubricate these things. Found this item on Amazon and it applied it using methods found on YouTube, and all of the chatter disappeared. Things run very smooth now. Time will tell how often I need to reapply, but for now, I'm very happy.
