Have been using nakpro for more than 5months now and have to say the performance is quite impressive. Pros. 1.The muscle recovery rate is good. 2.It's surprisingly light on stomach as compared to other protiens that i have used till now. 3.The digestive enzymes do help in protien break down and absorbtion. 4.The flavour is better than expected (quite good) 5. best for that price range Cons. 1.Well there r some issues with mixing. sometimes small lumps r formed and rarely sticks to sides. 2. after mixing in prefered beverage don't keep it for more than an hour,otherwise it will start to smell. NOTE:- I used this product always after work out. 40mins Before workout i use micronised creatine monohydrate. FINALL View A good buy. Would totally recommend to others. The results r quite good

Relatively affordable whey protein concentrate. Gives you a solid 24 grams of protein. Abit cheaper as well. I've had this for around 4 months and it does it's job satisfactorily. The coffee flavor is great, just avoid the vanilla.

The product was good, in this price range. Also the tatse was good. We should encourage these Indian brands as they are giving tough competition to outsider brands. Must try for beginners.
