Mixes well with warm water. A little bit of an aftertaste from the dry packs for the first few days, but it goes away.

I’m usually tentative to trust claims made by supplement companies, but I have to admit as a 60 year old male that was really struggling with soreness and recovery after workouts and sometimes requiring 48 hrs of recovery, I now have seen a dramatic improvement with recovery and I’m now able to go on a 2 days on 1 day off schedule and if necessary 3 days on with no struggles. Non- flavor mixed with water and no issues with odd odors which are mentioned in a few reviews.

Tried it all and this actually works!
49 years old and have tried nearly every product on the market. Been weight training for 30 years, and I’ve been looking for something to aid in recovery and strength! This is the 1st and only product that I would give a truly positive review of. Less than one month using this product and already notice a very positive effect! Less soreness (not that I had a ton), but the recovery from day to day has increased! I feel almost like I did and can train almost like I did 10-15 years ago!! This product does what it states, period!!

Bottle a bit small and price a bit much but it works so if you want a good better version of creatine this the one fosho you feel the difference hmb kicks in mix with protein or preworkout =🔥go demon time

HMB is a step up for my energy.
