I've seen a few negative reviews on here about this flour and let me say this product works and is very good, sure it doesn't smell like wheat dah....Cassava is a different plant! But all in all I use this flour for cookies, pies, etc and it tastes just fine!1

Love the 4 lb size and pricing. SO HARD to locate this in any size-only found1 pound in other brands. It bakes and cooks like a dream- organic and especially grain free gluten free, for those of us that are wheat/grain allergic it is a godsend.

Fresh, soft, easy to use. Good quality

We use this mainly to make stovetop artisan-style bread. The texture is not as robust as say Almond flour. We added some almon flour to the 2nd batch and it was better, if not yet ideal.

My husband and I purchased this for his gluten-free diet. We previously used another brand but it had gone up in price so we gave this one a try in spite of the fact that some reviewers said it was gritty. We found it just as good as the other brand and we’re delighted at the price at the time. I believe now that most of the cassava flours are approximately the same in value.

We really love this cassava flour, packing is the best, it’s delicious.

The bag was punctured BEFORE shipping and had spilled inside the package. The flour smelled stale. I first used it in a recipe with coconut flour so I couldn't tell how it affected flavor. The price may be right for what you get.

Used to be great, white and great smell but quality has changed. I will no longer buy this product.
