Gummies have a little bad after taste.
I'm not sure of the efficacy yet as it takes about 3 months, I think. The gummies have a bad after taste but not a deal-breaker.

Taste is bitter and dose is large.
Haven’t taken it long enough to know if it’s effective. The taste could use some improvement bc it’s a bit bitter. The gummies are larger than the average gummy vitamin and the dose is 3 gummies, so it’s a little difficult to chew and get down bc of the taste. I don’t prefer gummies with the sugary coating either.
