Never I had an issue before. However, last month I had the chance to use the cutters for fondant decorations and most the cutters were missing except two. I tried to contact customer service or find an email to contact the seller but I couldn’t. Really disappointing and unprofessional to send incomplete sets. I was hoping to contact the seller because I didn’t want to write a bad review, but I don’t have another choice. That’s why I gave 3-4 stars because the cutters are good but just missing most of them. Be aware and always check your items. Review: Great Cutters - I used the larger cutter to make biscuits. Works great. I hand washed the cutters and had no trouble getting them clean.

Great Cutters

No more jar lids for me!
Was looking for a set of flutted round cutters for biscuits, tarts, mini pies, cookies, crafts...you get the point. After looking for just the right jar lid I decided it would be worth looking for a set and am glad you had what I sought. They are sturdy, deep, won't get bent out of shape with normal use and are priced well . Thank you for supplying just what I needed.
