Q: Will this fit a 03 fatboy. Will i have to change the jets with a high flow air cleaner and sampson piped?

It should, i put it on 05 fatboy. I did use my jets after a quick clean. Remember to check how many turns on ur exsisting mixing screw. I had hard time getting back idleing right because i didnt count.
