This stuff is legit and works better than any antibiotic ointment or spray I’ve ever tried elsewhere. I have been using it for a month on my incisions from a recent surgery. I have EXTREMELY sensitive skin that reacts to everything. I develop atopic dermatitis often, have bad itching spells with hives and rashes etc so I really have to be careful what I use. I hate ointments because they are sticky as well as most sprays with chemicals in them. This feels and looks and smells just like water. 2 min after using it you wouldn’t even know you had because it literally disappears without a trace (no smell, residue, stinging etc). I did some research after using it a couple weeks because it was working so well I wanted to know what the catch was. No catch! The primary Antimicrobial in it is actual one our immune system produces naturally! And is EXTREMELY effective on viruses & bacteria. This stuff is so gentle they even tell you spray it up your nose and in your mouth too to get rid of bacteria or viruses you may have been exposed to. Someone also mentioned to use it on your face and it will help immensely with acne. I have adult acne and started using it after washing my face and before moisturizer and IT WORKS! Also does NOT dry your skin out either. Cannot recommend this enough. Perfect for kids too. No harsh chemicals and no sting or “feeling” on the skin from using it. And you can use it as much as you want. It’s not something that can harm or irritate your skin! I use it several times a day and even on the go. I even subscribed to it on Amazon because this is something I will be using now forever I love it so much. Worth it!!

I've been using this on small cuts and scrapes at home and gym. it cleans without any sting, dries fast, and hasn't irritated my skin. One star off because the sprayer consistency is poor, it sometimes spits instead of misting and the price is a bit high. Still, a handy everyday wound spray.

I purchased this spray to replace the liquid Claire’s provided to clean my daughter’s newly pierced ears. Surprisingly we’ve had no major issues with her piercings and I really believe this spray helped. Very minimal redness and crusting while healing. I will send this to any friend in the future who plans to get their daughters ears pierced!

As an RN with 10 yrs experience in burn and wound care, this works. I purchased it for myself for a poorly healing C-section scar. The key is to keep the incision clean and dry with gauze pads and spray this on x2 a day. It will greatly help you from getting an infection, and speed up the healing process!
