What cable do i need to connect a Usb-c type phone that has no headphone jack?

I have used a usb-c otg cable with success. You use the port that is labeled "charge" on the headphone amp and it functions similar to any audio interface.

Will this work for bass guitar?

I don’t have a bass but I assume it would.
