Excellent pre-workout
Good flavor. Good pump. Minimal stim (tingly:itchy face). The stim doesn’t bother me, I only mention it because I’ve seen people worry a lot about it. Been using alpha lion products for 3-4 years and always been pleased with them.

Not my first time purchasing, I love the enery that I get from this, it gives me the pump I need to start and get throught my workouts. The thermogenic makes me sweat and I knotice it within 10-15 after starting my work. Taste great. Doesn't give me a crash after like others I've tried

It kept me in the gym longer
I liked the cherry flavor. I could feel the burning energy soon as I drank it. It helps when you have an empty stomach and plan on eating clean and taking a post workout afterwards.

Don’t get the cherry popper.
Preworkout works well. Gets the job done. But I can’t get over the disgusting taste. Maybe it’s just the chrrry popper flavor. But taste like throw up. I actually dread taking it. I will definitely try another flavor and give it a second chance. I just strongly don’t recommend the cherry popper.
