As I get old, I get more constipated. This probiotic helps me to regulate bowel movement. I have been taking for more than a year. Also helps me to be less sensitive to food allergies. However, this causes my son to have diarrhea. For someone with sensitive stomach to probiotics, may need to use low CFU probiotics first. Easy to swallow and I do not smell anything.

I've had digestive issues ever since I was a kid. Not like go to the hospital kind, but inflammation, discomfort in the bathroom, comically loud and stinky farts, etc. I've had other probiotics before, have a healthy diet, workout strenuously five times a week in different ways (trail running, calisthenics, weights, boxing), get plenty of sleep, etc but this was the missing piece. I've even tried cycling off of these multiple times and taking a lot of weaker probiotics or just incorporating a ton of probiotic foods into my diet. Nothing and I say absolutely nothing has the effect that these do. At 29 I feel like I have a brand new gut. I can't live without them
