I know measuring spoons are pretty much the same, but I like this particular one because of the long handle and the scoop-like shape instead of the typical circular shape. Its square-ish shape works better than the round shape when scooping from the bottom of the container. Unlike other measuring spoons where they come in a set, these individually sold spoons are significantly better quality. I personally can attest that there were some spoons I never used from a set of spoons I purchased in the past. Here, I only buy the ones I really use. The spoon has no sharp edges like some others and also has nice weight and feels comfortably in my hand.

I got this spoon for one reason: I needed an easy way to accurately measure my instant coffee. And this spoon is perfect for that! One level scoop makes a perfect cup of coffee. It's very accurate for that purpose. And that's all I use it for. Simple to clean and easy to use. And it has a little weight to it, too. Don't clank it on the side of your cup too hard or you just might break your coffee cup =) For the use I described, nothing works better. Cheers!

This measuring spoon is perfect for reaching into taller containers. It’s well-made and measures accurately.
